Thunder's Kanter after being tripped by Green: 'I felt like he kicked'

In the aftermath of another big Thunder win over the Warriors, Draymond Green may once again find himself in the spotlight over a contentious play involving his flailing legs.

Green, who avoided suspension for kicking Steven Adams in the groin while trying to sell a foul call during Game 3 of the West finals, appeared to trip Enes Kanter while flopping again in Game 4.

"I felt like he kicked," Kanter said after the game, as reported by ESPN's Tim MacMahon. "I don't know if the refs saw that or not. I'm just leaving it. I don't want to say anything about it, but if you watched the replay, you can see that he kicked obviously."

Kanter has plenty of reason for frustration, as he also received stitches for a cut caused by Green during Tuesday's fourth quarter.

While the trip in question was nowhere near as malicious-looking as Green's Game 3 kick on Adams, it could still spell trouble for the Warriors big man. Green's Game 3 foul was later upgraded to a Flagrant-2, which gives him three flagrant foul points for the postseason. One more would result in an automatic one-game suspension, which is precisely the reason head coach Steve Kerr said Green needed to be "very careful."
